Booking Policy:

We require a Credit Card on file & a $100 deposit to secure your appointment. This $100 deposit will go towards the total amount of your scheduled service(s). This amount is not refundable if there is a violation to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment is specifically reserved for you. Your time is just as valuable to your stylist as it is to you. We kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of your reserved service(s). Failure to provide notice of reschedule or cancellation at all, will result in a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service(s).
